Deep Cove is one of those places that does not feel like it should be thirty minutes from a city. Mountains wrapping around you, water so still you can hear your own paddle hit the surface. I stopped rowing for a minute and just sat there. Sometimes the best thing you can do on a trip is stop moving and let the place catch up to you.
