Sat down at Jam Cafe on Vancouver Island with the camera still on me and just took my time with the menu. No rush, no plan, no one waiting. Some of the best moments on a trip are not the viewpoints or the landmarks. It is sitting on a patio in a town you don't know, reading a menu like it is the most important thing in the world.
