Rented a kayak in Tobermory and paddled out without much of a plan. Then the Chi-Cheemaun ferry started pulling in and suddenly I was sitting in a tiny yellow boat watching this massive thing glide past me. Felt small in the best way. The water was calm, the sky was wide, and for about ten minutes nothing else existed.
